Non-Return Policy
Coffee or tea purchases typically cannot be returned for a refund because coffee or tea is an Agricultural product and a perishable item, and once it has been purchased and opened, it cannot be resold. It is also considered a consumable product, similar to other food items, which are generally not eligible for returns.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after this 48-hour window. Time is of the essence. Be sure to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

Shipping Charges:
Express shipping fees (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or similar) are non-refundable.
Ground shipping is only refundable if our shipping department is at fault and your order arrived damaged.
